DESCRIPTION:Pirate Summit 2017 Cologne\nPirate Summit brings together the movers and shakers of the digital world. We’re Europe’s largest invitation-only conference for early-stage startups\, investors and corporate executives. The Pirate Summit represents true grassroots entrepreneurship: authentic\, crazy & real.\nPirate Summit strives to connect early-stage founders and investors. All attendees are handpicked from applications or personally invited to retain a networking format on the highest possible level of quality and influence. \n  \n \n\nCONTENTS & SESSIONS\nIn 2015 we changed our formats a bit. There were less keynotes and less panels\, in 2016 we made it even more interactive. There are more focus on intense hands-on breakout sessions with experienced session leaders. On the first day there will be mentor sessions\, the Walk the Plank semi-finals and the Burning ceremony.\n\nThe mentor sessions are an exclusive opportunity for selected VCs and startups to interact with and learn from each other. For the Walk the Plank pitch competition the hottest 80+ startups from around the globe will present their startup in a 3min pitch followed by a 2min Q&A.\n\n\nDATES & TIMES\nOfficial start: Wednesday\, Sept. 6th 2017 at 9am\nOfficial end: Thursday\, Sept. 7th 2017 at 7pm\n\nThere will be a get together for participants that arrive early and those that stay longer.\n\nteilen teilen teilen teilen
